What should you expect at your appointment?

  • Thorough Consultation: The goal is to always understand and meet your desired makeup dreams. A thorough consultation will help me get a clearer picture of what you’re looking for and how i can achieve it. An in depth consultation will be performed before every service to give professional and realistic recommendations that will help reach your ultimate goal.

  • Touch Up Kits: Every client receives complimentary touch up kits when their makeup is done. In these kits, there is a mini powder puff, blotting sheets, lip balm, and minis of my favorite translucent powder.

** Before scheduling, please be sure to read all the important policies listed below. By scheduling an appointment, the client is agreeing to all policies stated**

My Guarantee:

I want my clients to always leave my chair satisfied and in love with their overall appearance and experience. I know that one’s makeup is important on those special days and I want you to feel the happiest and most confident from the moment you sit in my chair to the moment you leave it.
As a professional, I strive to ensure I am educating clients on how important it is to take the most realistic approach when achieving your makeup goals. If you’re not happy with your experience, or even your look, I will make the needed adjustments so you can feel your absolute best. If you are still unsatisfied with your experience, within reason, a 50% of your service pricing can be given.

There are limitiations to refunds being issued to protect all parties involved:

  • Refunds of more then 50% will NOT be given. My goal is to build longer relationships with you, as my client. Sometimes we may have bumps in the road, which I am happy to give 50% refunds for, within reason. I want to learn and make adjustments so I can fit all your needs. I ask that you be patient with me as we learn one another.

  • The 50% is taken from the service costs, not from the allocated travel or miscellaneous fees (i.e. parking, valet, etc)

  • You have 48 hours after service(s) are performed to mention dissatisfaction in order for refund to be considered and valid.

  • In order to qualify for a 50% refund of service(s), you must send pictures of reference and explain in clear detail what exactly you disliked about your experience.

BOOKING FEE:

A 50% booking fee is required for all clients scheduling an appointment. This 50% will come from the total service(s) being allocated and the travel fee. Miscellaneous fees are added day of the scheduled appointment so they are not included in your 50% booking fee.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Giving 24 hour notice or more allows for me to place another client awaiting service. If canceling same day, this will be considered a no show.

LATE APPOINTMENTS:

Please come to your scheduled appointment on time with a CLEAN face. If you are running a little late, I do understand and a grace period o 10 minutes will be given with no extra fee. Please update me on your new arrival time to the agreed on-site location. I will try my best to still service you, however, after the 10 minutes your session will have to be cancelled or rescheduled to a later date or time, if available.

  • Special Event Makeup: $90 per session

    • 45/60 minutes

  • Artistic Full Glam: $90 per hour

  • Halloween Makeup: $100 per hour

  • Junior Makeup (12-15 years old): $60

    • 30/45 minutes

Price varies based on location. Travel fee is $1.50 per mile, one way.

If applicable, the client is responsible to pay for the parking fee if reasonable parking is not available. This is including but not limited to metered or valet parking.

early morning or after-hours fee | $30+

Early morning fees will be applied to all on-site bookings before 7:00 a.m. The cost starts at $30 and increases by $30 every additional hour. (i.e: 6am = $30, 5am = $60, etc)

An after-hours fee may apply to all on-site location bookings after 5:00 pm. The fee starts at $30 and increases by $30 every additional hour. (i.e: 6pm = $30, 7pm = $30, etc)
